NO good at all They was supposed to do a 5 point inspection and never did , Attitude of some personnel was rude and vulgar talking between themselves , no double che They was supposed to do a 5 point inspection and never did , Attitude of some personnel was rude and vulgar talking between themselves , no double check on the job perform and took the vehicle out and send me on my way , i am a former service tech, and i know for what to look for, and they didn't perform a full inspection, i inform the manager on duty and he was really upset then they did a quick inspection and top off ww and that's it, and didn't have the coolant i needed either , i will not recommend no one to go there ever ,and if they do, GOOD LUCK ! they'll need it . I really have mixed feelings about them. I can honestly say ill never purchase a vehicle from them ever again.. As long as it's covered under warranty you could over look the problems. For example scheduling an oil change covered by the warranty a week in advance, showing up early to get it done and being told it will take an hour. Then 2 hours later finally getting the car back. After warranty total night and day experience. Took my vehicle in for a known model issue and even though I had the work done they still refused to at least wave the standard diagnostic fee. I had to comain to a manager to at least get a some money off the repair work. The mechanic laughed when I asked about why I was being charged the $80 since normally its waved is you actually have the work done. He said " yeah, they don't beive in doing that here". So in addition to my almost 1700 repair bill after all said and done, for the timing chain replacement. They stilk had to nickel and dime me for diagnostics and other fees. For the record the gentleman that was working my vehicle isn't the I one that laughed at me, it was one of the actual mechanics that work on the vehicles More

Service was good, the cost was way too high. The service is always good. The cost was high for parts and labor. This is the second time I had the water pump replaced. I have had the valve cover replaced 3 times because it cracked. The last time it was no longer under warranty. I paid for it but it should have been considered a defective part and covered by Chevy.
