My prior visit I had a poor experience. Mike the was not in the office. They made me wait 45 minutes only to tell me the part they did order for me was not in. I then found they did not use the new car VIN in the office. They made me wait 45 minutes only to tell me the part they did order for me was not in. I then found they did not use the new car VIN and when they corrected that they found the part. Fast forward to this trip and Mike greeted me with hello Tom how can I help you- I am happy again! More

What a horrible first body/service experience. I was quoted an hour and that turned into several hours. There were numerous issues as I moved from area to area in an attempt to straighten things out. The manager responsible was out to lunch for well over an hour without a return time. And, at the end of the time my beautiful brand new Equinox was left filthy by the technician. Rob in the body shop was kind and professional at every turn. He gets an A++. I left a voice mail for the general manager to please call me. No word from him...I don't think I will return for my vehicle's maintenance. From the best sales experience to the worst body shop experience - for fun accessories - this was a roller coaster experience. More

I have come several times for oil changes snd tire rotations. With my last visit paper read i needed brakes and rotors and declined. I wss never a told on previous visits. No off road driving or such.but receipt says i declined getting work done and never mentioned it to me.
