went in for a small oil leak, drop my truck off in the morning. got a call back at the end of day. the bill would be $3,215.78 for rear mail seal. then possible crank seal and oil seperater. wont know un morning. got a call back at the end of day. the bill would be $3,215.78 for rear mail seal. then possible crank seal and oil seperater. wont know untill they take off the transmission. the rear main seal by the book is rated at 10 hrs. they wrote on the bill 12.5 hrs. hourly rate 222 dollars an hour. called two chevy dealers 180 and 160 for there rate. I went back in talked to service manager was told these other dealers just want the work. They said because it couldnt be done straight thru thats why there rate was higher? But there is a special camera that can be used to see the oil seperater dont need to remove the transmission. got my truck back from a reputable service center was just the oil seperater 1100 dollars. oh, and I receive an e-mail from heiser chevy to test drive a ev truck and tell them what I think of it and then I would receive 50% off my next service appointment. No pressure, no purchase. came from brian crandall general manager. called and called never no call back. went in to find out about it. they all acted like they new nothing about it showed my e-mail. they acted like we dont know whats up. two days later no word from brian. no disclaimer write but they said there is one, no coupon, nothing. brian said he would give me a 50 dollar coupon. never got. Anything to get you in I think they should be held accountable for this e-mail. More

Initially he did not acknowledge me after exiting my vehicle and approaching the area for assistance. However when 'another' customer pulled in and existed, he made sure to acknowledge he'll assist the vehicle and approaching the area for assistance. He did recover and provided great service thereafter but I believe it was because of the look of audacity on my face of what had just transpired. I have been coming here for 5yrs and love the prior service but I will gladly move on if need be. More
