My appointment was at 11:30 am for new brakes. My car was done around 5:30pm. Thankfully I was shuttled home and back to get my car. Dealer did not have car ready for us to take car home on initial visit. Dealer then again did not have car ready when we returned two days later. Car was then not charged so I could not drive it home. Lease initial visit. Dealer then again did not have car ready when we returned two days later. Car was then not charged so I could not drive it home. Lease was then not written properly for GM so had to be reworked. Finally, it took more than 20 day for dealer to pay me the $12,000 that they owed me for trade-in. More
