Last minute oil change. Was told they did a multi point inspection and all was good. I know for a fact I needed wiper blades. Already had bought them just not installed. I was very disappointed with my service since you didn't fix the problem. I had a early morning appointment but apparently you worked on other cars and didn't devote the time needed to fix it.
