Had a check engine light come active during the weekend. When I arrived the light had cleared, they hooked up to the truck and found no issues currently. Last minute oil change. Was told they did a multi point inspection and all was good. I know for a fact I needed wiper blades. Already had bought them just not installed. Clearly they not inspect the wipers or they would have said you need wipers and offer to sell me new ones. I was expecting this. If they didn't inspect the wipers what else was just marked good?? I was very disappointed with my service since you didn't fix the problem. I had a early morning appointment but apparently you worked on other cars and didn't devote the time needed to fix it. My husband had scheduled an appointment a few months ago and when he arrived they said it would be a hour to an hour an a half wait, he left. Not sure if I will continue to bring my car in anymore. I bought it there and have been very happy with it, but the service is a different story. More
