Excellent Heiser Took care of me and got me back on the road quickly. Even though they weren't the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, they were able to fit me in right away. Needed emissions work done, got an estimate and approved the work that unfortunately didn't fix the problem but when I picked the car up, according to the estimate I should of paid 600 and something but wha the work that unfortunately didn't fix the problem but when I picked the car up, according to the estimate I should of paid 600 and something but what they charged was 900 and something. No one seemed to be able to explain why. Asha called after Heiser called me and asked if I was going to schedule the rest of the work and I explained I went somewhere else and why. She apologized for the discrepancy but still was unable to explain why. I did figure out what the extra charge was by comparing my 2 receipts side by side but obviously your people either couldn't figure it out or just didn't care to explain to me. More
