I arrived at 6:57am walked upto the service desk and service Manager say we open at 7am go back in your truck wait for the green light to come on and the door will open. The green light wasn't turned on until 7:01am and I drove in. Asha wasn't there Meghan checked me in and I was shuttled home. I specifically asked when this would be done when I scheduled it. 4-5 hrs was that answer. I called at 1:25pm so see when it would be done, Meghan said Asha was busy and she'd call back shortly. She returned my call at 2:38pm tell me my truck was done and shuttle would pick me up. Driver picked me up another service writer did my paperwork because Asha was busy and I was on my way. I was 1.25hrs late to work because of this! I would have setup a ride if I thought I'd be this late! Very disappointing! More

If Cindy Robinson is the service manager, she treated me as if she was doing me a favor by not charging me for an error that Heiser made. She said, 'I won't charge you this time, but I won't do it again .' as if she was doing me a favor by not charging me for an error that Heiser made.
