I purchased a NEW truck from Heiser Chevrolet in 1993 & had it serviced at that location on three separate occasions. On the last occasion I noticed that a part of my engine had been replaced with a "Ju & had it serviced at that location on three separate occasions. On the last occasion I noticed that a part of my engine had been replaced with a "Junk" part. I immediately spoke with the GM Frank Lisiak & I informed him of what happened. He said that he would look into it & call me back. He NEVER called back. I called him four times & he stated that I was wrong even though my neighbor & wife could confirm that the part was replaced with a "Junk" part. I told him that I just wanted my Original part back in my vehicle. He yelled, "That is your Original part" at which point I said I would take them to court & he replied, "Go Ahead Do what you got to do" & hung up. I did sue & won in court. This is the WORSE treatment that I have ever received from anyone or any business. BEWARE OF HEISER.... More
