I have bought 2 cars from Heiser, recommended my sister and nephew, who both have bought cars. I will never buy a car from here again. This last visit just left a sour taste in me mouth. I took my car in because when accelerating it seems like it doesn't go right away and my car was making a noise. I paid over $200 to be told that my car didn't hesitate when they test drove it. But ironically when I left the dealership it hesitated in the parking lot. They also told me that the noise I was hearing were my front brakes and rotors. I opted to get them done elsewhere. And guess what, my car is still making the same noise. I called to speak with Luke, who was very rude, short, disrespectful, and hung up on me. He avoided answering my questions about my concerns. I called back about 6 times, Luke had stopped answering the phone. I called a couple more times getting different people who stated everyone was busy. I asked for a supervisor who was also "busy". They took my name and number stating a supervisor would call me back. Today makes day 15 and I still haven't heard from anyone. More
Chuck gave me the runaround. Wouldn’t return calls or emails, told me he’d call when my part came in and never did. I had to call 3 times and finally got an appointment. My vehicle drop off was scheduled over a week out so they could "order" and "receive" all the parts for the repairs. The running boards were not order for a full week after they had my vehicle and the fender could "order" and "receive" all the parts for the repairs. The running boards were not order for a full week after they had my vehicle and the fender wasn't ordered until they had my vehicle at the earliest. Andrew lied to me after the first week about the repairs were done minus the running boards and painting, only to find out they still didn't even have the fender until the following week. He also lied to my claims adjuster and sent in the completion paperwork on the second week when we are in the third week and the repairs are still not complete. Three weeks for repairs is not only unacceptable but shows complete lack of planning and preparation. Not only is the length of time unacceptable but the lying is disrespectful and demeaning as a customer. However, the lying is a result of trying to cover up the incompetence. I would not recommend this body shop as long as Andrew is there. It is currently Wednesday of the third week and still I wait for another part of the repair that should have been done in the first week. More

Last two times I brought in my Suburban I had asked when I made the appointment if I could wait for it. Both time I was told no problem. It was just an oil change on one occasion and on another they were ch I made the appointment if I could wait for it. Both time I was told no problem. It was just an oil change on one occasion and on another they were checking the ac for leaks. They had put dye in the system two weeks before and the told me to bring it back for them to check. When arriving I was informed I would have to leave the vehicle as they were understaffed that day. Both times, same issue. I live 45 minutes away so it was very inconvenient to say the least. I ended up going to a dealer that is closer to my home. Didn’t want to do it because I’m pretty loyal to who I buy cars from. Unfortunately I’m done with Heiser. More
