I can’t express my gratitude enough for how this whole repair experience went down. I would’ve done this sooner, but I’m still in a very difficult point right now with my husband being in the hospital wit repair experience went down. I would’ve done this sooner, but I’m still in a very difficult point right now with my husband being in the hospital with a serious illness. Lucas was very easy to communicate with, a great problem solver and a very caring and compassionate person. I had to have my truck flatbeded from the hospital parking lot to the dealership. He called me first thing in the morning to let me know that it was there and they were looking at it. In the meantime, he also set me up with a loaner from the dealership. He had the truck diagnosed and fixed within a day, but Lucas still took it for one more test drive to make sure it was good to go. Then to top it off, he arranged to have someone drive the truck back out to me at the hospital and take the loaner car back. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Chevy dealership. The icing on the cake was that this was all covered under warranty, so it didn’t cost me a dime. I will probably go out of my way to have any future service done here even though it’s not close to my home. I was only there because of being at the hospital every day. Kudos to Lucas and the team there at Heiser. You have a true gem. More

Had absolutely no problems with the body shop ! Easy to communicate with, very friendly and very accommodating on getting our van repaired. Job was even done before the estimate. I came for a tire to be checked and they quoted me on a new tire we went back and forth cuz I got a better deal somewhere else on a tire and having it put on better Price than you guys wanted for 1 tire. And I don't like the thing that you were looking at my brakes I didn't tell you to look at my brakes I told you to look at the tire don't try to make money off of me when my brakes something's wrong I'll come to you. I know that's something that you guys do at that dealership many people have said it. Quit trying to make money on the little guy if they ask you to look at it look at it if they don't don't look at it. More
