Coincidence? I think not. We brought our suburban in to get the passenger side seat motor fixed. After waiting for 6 hours, we got it back and the drivers side motor is now bro We brought our suburban in to get the passenger side seat motor fixed. After waiting for 6 hours, we got it back and the drivers side motor is now broken and is doing the same exact thing as the passenger side was. The dealership would not fix it. They told us to get it fixed under our warranty. Unacceptable! More

Awesome job! The service dept. crew (Chad) did an awesome job on replacing all four tires, OC job and wiper replacement. They also did a fantastic job of washing and vacuuming out the interior of the car. I have one small suggestion going forward. I would have appreciated an offer and/or explanation of the bill/invoice and for the new tire warranty, etc., at the end of my wait. Otherwise, you have a great service department. More
Inconvenienced I set up an oil change for a Saturday and was able to drop off my car before service closed Friday and turn over my keys instead of putting them in th I set up an oil change for a Saturday and was able to drop off my car before service closed Friday and turn over my keys instead of putting them in the drop box. I wish I would have been able to put them in the drop box. They took my keys and asked me if I would be picking my car up by noon the next day, I said it would be more like 2:00 so I was told to pick up my keys at the front desk. When I came the next day at 2:00 my keys were not ready and the receptionist checked to see what was going on. Apparently my car was put in as a Monday pick up. Wouldn't have been a big deal if I could have gotten a loaner but the receptionist checked with the GM and came back to tell me that there was no loaner and I could drop my car back off Monday for a free oil change. I schedule my services on a Saturday for a reason so that was a major inconvenience. I eventually said I would be there after work Monday. I called back a bit later to ask if I could drop off Monday and get a loaner until the next day. I was told that the Service Manager would call me Monday to work things out. I'm was a little upset that everything went through the receptionist up to this point, the GM didn't even bother to come out and offer any sort of resolution. I wouldn't even be writing a bad review if things would have been taken care of at that time. Anyways, come Monday I got a call was offered a loaner and free oil change. Great. Came to drop off my Chevy Traverse and was given a Chevy Trax as a loaner. It's great that I got a loaner but come on, I drop off a family sized vehicle and was given a Trax? Another inconvenience. The service area was very apologetic for everything and I understand things can happen but again it really upset me that things weren't taken care of Saturday when I came in for pick up and I had to be upset the rest of the weekend. I will continue to bring my Traverse to you guys because of the normal convenience of having it serviced by appointment on a Saturday but will not go out of my way to recommend anyone to come to you. More
