Disappointed I came in to get high beam, low beam, and directional lightbulbs replaced. They were working 3 days before servicing. The crew were hesitant to fix it I came in to get high beam, low beam, and directional lightbulbs replaced. They were working 3 days before servicing. The crew were hesitant to fix it. I was pressed to think about trading in my car. I received a letter from the sales manager while I was sitting in the waiting room. In the end the low beam bulbs were replaced only. My attendant had an attitude. I bought my car here, was asked to use the garage for car maintenance. I used to get great service. My car looks bad but it still runs great. More
Worst service thus far! Strongly considering going to a different dealer when my lease is up. Not only have we made appointments and had on us the confirmation email only to be told “ we do not have an appointment for you” I had recently made an appointment for a new tire as mine was punctured. Gave the guy the numbers off tire and had an appointment for the next day. Got there only to be told we don’t have a tire we sent someone to get it. Three plus hours later. ( and being told oh we should have told him u were waiting he stopped a few other places). I paid full price for a tire and had to miss work for something that should have took 20 mins took almost 4 HOURS! Service here started so good when we started with you, you were recommended but as time has passed it’s worse and worse as far as customer service and customer appreciation on part of this dealer. This is a shameful way to treat customers. More
Oil change in my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Was disappointed. With who ever work on my car. I had a crack in my windshield from a rock and when Safelite came to replace i the windshield they fou Was disappointed. With who ever work on my car. I had a crack in my windshield from a rock and when Safelite came to replace i the windshield they found a crack in it where I had Heiser change my windshield wipers. .Also they did not fill my windshield wiper fluid. Unhappy with customer service When the service writer I worked with called to tell me the car was done, I asked to be picked up by the shuttle driver at noon. At 12:20 pm I called When the service writer I worked with called to tell me the car was done, I asked to be picked up by the shuttle driver at noon. At 12:20 pm I called the service department to let them know the shuttle driver had not arrived yet. The service writer I had been working with had left the dealership and nobody knew anything about it. I was told that the shuttle driver was out picking someone else up and would come get me after they returned to the dealership. At about 1:00 pm there was a knock on my door, it was the shuttle driver. When I arrived at the dealership I asked the service writer I had been working with why I I wasn’t picked up at noon. He mumbled something about having written it down on the board and didn’t know what happened. Having been asked to be picked up at noon and not receiving any information to the contrary, I committed to picking up my sick grandson from the high school. He had to wait until 1:30 pm for me to get there. The thing that really angered me was the envelope in my vehicle with the letter from the dealership offering to buy back my car. There was time for that, but no one made sure the shuttle driver was picking me up at noon? More
