When I arrived I was asked if I was waiting or ne I made my appointment online for my vehicle's first oil change and tire rotation. It was super easy! When I arrived I was asked if I was waiting or needed a ride to work. I had a ride, but how convenient it would have been if I didn't. When I came to pick it up my car was sparkly clean! Even though this wasn't the dealer we purchased our car from, we will continue with their service department and seriously consider them with our next purchase. More

Cargo Mat I only went to pick up a cargo mat that I had ordered using my Chevrolet rewards points. Seemed to be a hassle because at first they couldn’t find it I only went to pick up a cargo mat that I had ordered using my Chevrolet rewards points. Seemed to be a hassle because at first they couldn’t find it then when found had to go to Service Dept. for paper work and then had to wait for Parts Dept to do their paper work where I had just been for 20 min. So overall a hassle and a long time to just pick up an order. Think this process could be streamlined a bit. More

Repair was finished but promises not kept. When I called to schedule this recall repair I told the lady on the phone who make the appointment that I needed a loaner. She warned me it would be a little longer out to schedule a day when a loaner was available. I assured her that was fine and we found an agreeable day & time. My husband brought the car in the morning of the appointment and when he came back he said you didn’t give him a loaner, only a ride. He said you were going to move some things around that day so the car would be finished by 11:00. Well that didn’t happen either. My husband is rarely home and because he was we were scheduled to look for flooring in the morning that day. Thanks to the lie of being told we would have a loaner we have yet to be able to get to look for flooring. I’m not real happy about being lied to. More
