Beyond Poor Poor communication from the the start with ordering the parts through the service advisor to the non response i got from the service manager regarding Poor communication from the the start with ordering the parts through the service advisor to the non response i got from the service manager regarding the lack of service that was expected to the quality of work provided where the car was still broke and more items wrong due to poor service and returned to me as a repaired vehicle. Lack of documentation as to what happened to my car to no documentation as to what was checked during the multi point inspection...After waiting 2 weeks for a call from the service manager which i told was going to happen to discuss these issues it took me going into speak with the GM Rafael to get my answers. After i received my multi-point inspection report -i noticed the brake pads had the same amount of life left in them that they had when i took the car in a year ago and i put an additional 20000 miles on the vehicle since then and with no additional brake wear. seems kinda fishy. More

Car sold for scrap due to GM's poor design Took in car for battery heating issue (cold weather) ended up with GM guided disaster only to find out that GM poor battery leveling software had dama Took in car for battery heating issue (cold weather) ended up with GM guided disaster only to find out that GM poor battery leveling software had damaged battery during its service life. (applying recall firmware upgrade renders car unusable/no longer able to charge) GM expecting customer to pay thousands of dollars of repairs on a self induced engineering defect will find future customers all getting same experience (i.e. Chevy Bolt with same planned failure mode installed) I lost a 40k car that depreciated to scrap iron, way to go GM. More

Jury is out on the car. electrical issues with the car. Dealership is wonderful to work with. Issues with car were met, not totally satisfied with car as of yet.
