They got me in within days, at a good time for me. The worst experience I have ever had.The cashier was The worst experience I have ever had. The cashier was very rude, was told the total and asked to see the bill and was told it will not change. My car was scratched on the hood from earlier, they buffed the hood in one spot that had swirl marks in a one foot spot. Asked the service writer to look at the hood and his first thing he did was wiping off the compound left from buffing. Was told to wait and he would fix the swirl marks. Would have rather left the scratch. Also asked to put repair parts in trunk and had to wait while he went in back to get the old part. Was charge $132.00 to check my blind spot reminder and told it works fine no codes it is fine. Still will not show passenger side blind spot. If you charge by the hour for your time why not pay for my time. Need to have more customer service classes for your service department. Will not return to Heiser. More
