I was not happy. They preformed and I paid for a diagnostic on the rear suspension and then they replaced my rear shocks. One week later the same service light came back on. I Brought it back in and diagnostic on the rear suspension and then they replaced my rear shocks. One week later the same service light came back on. I Brought it back in and thet told me the sensor was bad. They replaced the sensor. It's now fine but if they did a diagnostic test it would have shown the bad sensor the first time. More

Never heard back from higher up after complaints filed. 400 to just look at car. 400 nuts. Spoke with uptown 180 max after viewing there cars. Indicated there is a cap. Not heiser. Then when getting a explanation on what they did, guy was blowing smoke to my dad. Then when dad asked what are u talking about he back tracked and said I dont know I don't work on it. We new what was wrong with the car, how 400 to do nothing? Very sad. Lana hands down the worst More
Who ever you have setting up your appointment she is constantly messing it up! She never books my loaner car or tells me what may happen at my service to be prepared. I have two small kids in car seats and had no clue I wouldn’t get my car back that same day!!! This happens to my husband all the time as well. Nate is awesome and sweet and helped solve it BUT he shouldn’t have to put out the fires she’s starting all the time! My last appointment I left in tears and I’ll be real honest when we are ready to upgrade in a few years we are thinking of going to GMC! More
