I talked to Karissa once and she explained many reasons why my brand new car is taking almost 4 weeks to repair 2 small dents on roof. My salesman Ceasar has communicated with us often and apologized for delay many times, which was out of his control, he has been wonderful. Apart from Cesar, this has been a terrible experience buying this car at heiser. Time line picked up car 7-14 dropped iffy to be fixed ( dent found on day of pick up). Dropped off on 7- 24, told it would take a week, then delayed many times, tried to pick up on 8-18 but dirty inside from paint dust, picking up now on 8-19. Cesar offered us $100 gift card. I bought my truck new in December Sherri was excellent but at 7500 miles I got a bulge in tire so they made me pay for new tire should be warranty its a 400.00 tire now I have another tire bulging spend 6 but at 7500 miles I got a bulge in tire so they made me pay for new tire should be warranty its a 400.00 tire now I have another tire bulging spend 65000.
