I had trouble with another Heiser service representative who didn't order the needed parts. The representative seemed to be learning the job. When I came to Heiser for my scheduled service appointment, I was asked, "Did we order the parts for you?" Am I supposed to know that? The parts had not been ordered and I didn't get the promised call when they arrived at the dealership. I then chose to work with Liam and the repairs were done efficiently.
