I bought the truck I wanted with no pressure or hassle. I spoke with Sherry Konek a week prior and informed her that a new truck was in transit to their dealership, and that I was interested. The truck came in on a Thursday, and Sherry called me that evening and asked if I wanted to come in on Saturday because she was off the next day. I told her that I wanted to come in on Friday because there was no guarantee that the truck was going to still be there on Saturday. She said "no problem- I'll get you started with Leigh Mattilla (sales), but I will come into work anyway to make sure that your auto buying needs are being met." I received excellent service! Communication was also excellent. I eventually had the opportunity to discuss numbers with Rafael Rivera- General Manager, who was very transparent. From the initial vehicle overview, to the financing- everything was explained thoroughly and accurately. The ease of purchase was appreciated and welcomed. I highly recommend stopping in. I will definitely revisit for future purchases. More
Our Cadillac left us high and dry. Have not Been left stranded by a car in years. Would not shift into drive. Called service and talked to Matt. Never heard of that. Had it towed to dealer. Didn't Do Anything I took my truck in because I notice a shake when I accelerate and thought it may be a transmission issue. Was told that they would do an hour of diag I took my truck in because I notice a shake when I accelerate and thought it may be a transmission issue. Was told that they would do an hour of diagnostics to see what was going on. I was called later in the day and told that they didn't find anything and they couldn't duplicate the issue. I picked up the truck and noticed the same thing on my way home. I then met up with a friend of mine who was a mechanic at a Chevy dealer and told him what I was feeling. His first question was how many miles and had I done a transmission flush? I told him 85,000 and hadn't done one. He said that is the first thing to do since this is common with these trucks. He said that you will notice a slight shake or stutter when going up a a hill or accelerating, which is exactly what I had. He drove my truck and said right away that yes, this is what he saw all the time and to do the transmission flush. He couldn't believe the dealer didn't suggest this and that they didn't feel it. So I paid $100 for diagnostics, and I don't fell like they even checked it out. I also asked them to check out my rear passenger tail light because I keep getting an error. I told them that if I clean the corrosion out of the sockets it goes away for awhile, but keeps coming back and wanted to know what can be done to fix it. They charged me $55 to diagnose the issue and they tell me that one socket is corroded. Really?? That's what I told you coming in, I was looking for a little more for $55! Suggested replacing the wire harness which they didn't have but could order and it would cost me another $230 to replace. I was able to buy the wire harness for $50 and do the job myself in 15 minutes. I am really upset that I spent $165 for absolutely nothing and now have to go and get a transmission flush on top of all that. That should have been suggested before doing the diagnostics according to my friend. More
