My new 2020 Equinox has been in for repairs twice (9/10 Towed there and 9/23 dropped off) with nearly two weeks in their Service lot. Mote: I bought the vehicle on 8/11. Management feels that since this work is under warranty no more is needed. I disagree. Making a first car payment without a vehicle makes no sense to me. Plus picking up the vehicle on 9/18 to find a dent in my drivers door from the time it spent at Heiser was even more troubling. They made that right when it went back in for stalling issues on 9/23.
