They are not timely. They promise a time, and call an hour later. They also call your spouse's phone number and not the number they verified with you personally at drop They promise a time, and call an hour later. They do not complete all work and make you schedule a second service visit after they have had your vehicle there all day. My husband and I both have new '24s, and we both have encountered less than desirable outcomes at this dealership. More

I brought my vehicle back in to fix the rubber molding on my windshield. It was not put back on correctly the last time I brought it in for service work. It was fixed in a timely manner. My only concern now my windshield. It was not put back on correctly the last time I brought it in for service work. It was fixed in a timely manner. Your central scheduling told me I had an appointment today. Went in and dealership told me I didn’t.
