Once we dint except extra charges on a recall they were very rude and dismissive. Customer service went out the window after we were told a 100 fee then it when to a 500 dollar fee. Great service to have your vehicle worked on. Service people have a great attitude and are friendly. Good idea to have appointment. They do not replace anything unless they have your approval.
