Hi Matt, I arrived at Heiser this morning to to have Heiser recheck to make sure that all the nuts on the new battery that I purchased from you was tightened. I have got to say that I was really disappointed and upset that a). You were not there after you said you would be. b). There was note to the service manager on duty that you had made an appointment for me. You should take the word “certified” off your service entrance because that’s a joke. I am not expecting any contact from you as you don’t check your vm on a daily basis anyway. I did take my car somewhere else to have them check to make sure that my battery is secure. I had purchased 2 used cars and 1 new car from Heiser I don’t think that I will be buying my next car from Heiser.
