We had a very pleasant car buying experience here. We ended up meeting with Sherry Konek who was able to walk us through the entire process from start to finish without being pushy or obtrusive at all. One thing I may suggest to Sherry is to make the fact that Heiser includes lifetime roadside assistance with every car they sell a part of her opening salvo. I don't know about anyone else, but that's a pretty good selling point/benefit. Other than that, a very relaxed, non-stressful process at the end of which we got to drive off in our new Honda CR-V!
