generally fair on service for a dealership I have a Toyota truck and they have been pretty good about servicing it. Last visit involved a mistake that they were willing to correct at a steep discount. Got my last set of tires from them and have them rotated with each oil change at no charge. Their sales team has offered reasonable discounts if I sell them my vehicle and buy a new car from them, but have yet to take them up on the offer. More

Coincidence? I think not. We brought our suburban in to get the passenger side seat motor fixed. After waiting for 6 hours, we got it back and the drivers side motor is now bro We brought our suburban in to get the passenger side seat motor fixed. After waiting for 6 hours, we got it back and the drivers side motor is now broken and is doing the same exact thing as the passenger side was. The dealership would not fix it. They told us to get it fixed under our warranty. Unacceptable! More
