Sales staff not very knowledgeable. Never followed through for help. As soon as vehicle left dealer, no help at all. Heider said had to bring back for "radio Update". My problem comes when you get your receipt and the checklist on the back of it says they did stuff that they didn’t do. I know it’s minor, but they said they filled the windshield washer fluid and it checklist on the back of it says they did stuff that they didn’t do.
