Long, but great customer service!! I was there for hours, but the customer service agent made the time fly. She was an absolute joy to talk to and she explained everything clearly. Still waiting for owners manual. As of this writing we have less than 300 miles on car since purchase. Car runs fine but there is an intermittent steering issue.
