I came in for some work and found two screws just below my windshield. I brought them back and was told that they were extra screws that came with the new part. Unfortunately, that was a lie. I have photographs showing the two missing screws from my car. to Nathan's credit, he did call me after he told me that heiser does not lie to customers. Because after he spoke to the mechanic, he admitted that he lied. I really don't know if I'll be coming back. I was offered no compensation, not even a free oil change. A little disappointed. But like I said, Nathan was professional, he didn't have to call me back but he did. And I appreciate that. More
