I stopped at Heiser Chevroet to get some basic information on the purchase of a Chevy. I was looking for different models so that I could settle on one. I walked through the dealership twice and information on the purchase of a Chevy. I was looking for different models so that I could settle on one. I walked through the dealership twice and wandered around the lot on Monday and not a single person so much as said hello. I chekced their on-line inventory and requested some information. I was promptly called and and set up a time to come in on Thursday to speak to the sales manager. He introduced moo to Cesar Nunez who was very nice and informative. He had an appointment while I was there so he set one up for me on Friday, the next, at 2:30 when we wouldn't be interupted. I arrived about 10 minutes early. He stopped by to say that he had a more active customer with him and introduced me to another sales consultant who would be with me in a few minutes. I left after 20 more minutes of waiting. Everyone was friendly and apologetic for note talking to me on Monday. However, the customer service for sales leaves a lot to be desired. More

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I did, the nice woman informed me of a $20 coupon on the website and that I could just show it when I arrived at my appointment. tire rotation. When it came time to pay, the price seemed a bit higher than it should be with the coupon so I asked if the coupon was applied and he said yes. When I got home and looked at my paperwork, I saw that the coupon was in fact not applied. I called and was told I would have to come back to have the coupon applied, but I said I live in Menomonee Falls and don’t want to drive all the way back there for $20, so I was told there’s nothing that could be done. I would have gone there anyway without the coupon, but I thought it was very nice that it was pointed out to me and I thought I might as well. I didn’t know it would be so difficult to get it applied. I bought my car there and have driven back up there for both service appointments that the car has required since, even though there are many closer places I could go because I always loved the service there. After this, I don’t think I’m going to go out of my way anymore. More
