Salesman Zack was ok. Not pushy, . Found a Buick that I fell in love with. Car had 45000 on it. Wouldn’t budge on price. Pretty much got if I didn’t pay it I didn’t get it. They didn’t even change the oil in the vehicle before I picked it up!. Check engine light kicked on after having it less than 3 weeks! Live over an hour from dealership so didn’t want to drive it that far. Was told I could take it to another dealership close to me. Intake manifold was bad. Over$700 that Heinrich didn’t want to pay for.. Then it was partially covered under extended warranty. They still wanted me to pay $200 when the other dealership had already given them a break in pricing!! They didn’t feel they should have to pay for it! Again I hadn’t had the car 3 weeks!!!! End of conversation, Service guy,Chris told me that they would never help with anything again on this vehicle! Run from this dealership!!!! Horrible experience!!! Next car I’ll purchase from Jim Murphy!! Now they took care of me! 5 stars for them! More

Tyler Collins is our salesman. He goes above and beyond are expectations. He knows exactly what our needs are as far as the two vehicles we lease every 3 years.
