Got an oil change and tire rotation. All things checked off as good to go. But afterwards all of my fluid levels are low and weren’t checked. Tires were not rotated. Spoke to Chuck the manager he apologized without even suggesting any resolve for my vehicle. Said he would train the team, but I had to pay someone else to look at my Jeep. Had to buy tires after one year because they weren’t rotating my tires at each oil change even though they said they had. This is dangerous. We bring vehicles to be serviced in good faith, only to learn we aren’t being serviced with due diligence. More
