The dealer was great but RAM warranty is worthless! I’m very dissatisfied the my 80000 mile deisel had a turbo leak and the exhaust filter system had to be replaced at my cost. No more RAMs for me. Been using Hebert's service since 2015 with both a Dodge Charger and Durango and up until this last visit I have been perfectly pleased with the work that's been performed whether it was regular service or Charger and Durango and up until this last visit I have been perfectly pleased with the work that's been performed whether it was regular service or repairs. On this last visit, I had my regular service and tire rotation. On receiving the Durango, I drove towards home when I checked the air pressures on the tires and saw they read exactly the same pressures as when I brough it in which I thought might be because the pressures hadn't reset. But after stopping and turning off and then restarting the engine, the pressures hadn't changed. This only caught my eye because I had a flat on the passenger rear tire which was repaired elsewhere and it had 39 psi and the others had 36 psi. My feeling was that the tires hadn't been rotated and took it back. The man who handled my car walked outside and looked at the tires and then spoke to the technician who worked on it. He said the tech swore he had rotated the tires so I said, why are the pressures the same as when I brought it in and weren't adjusted. He couldn't answer that. I didn't make a big deal about it after that but it still bothered me that he really didn't have much to say about it or offer to double check other than stare at the tires. At best the tires on the driver side were rotated but not on the passenger side; at worst the tires weren't rotated. There's also a little matter about the checklist you're given after the service. Last year my checklist on the Durango showed my brake pads checked yellow which meant, I thought, keep an eye on them they'll need replacing soon. This last one checked them in the green which means, miraculously, they got better. I know staffing is a problem everywhere and what I am complaining about are not big things but they're still a red flag that shouldn't be ignored. More
