I made an appointment about two weeks before the scheduled work was to be accomplished. When I took the vehicle to the dealer, I completed all the paperwork and was about to leave when the service scheduled work was to be accomplished. When I took the vehicle to the dealer, I completed all the paperwork and was about to leave when the service rep said...oh, by the way, we have a 4 or 5 day backlog. I confirmed that the work wouldn't start for several days. I felt that I should have been contacted with that information well before driving to the dealership. Maybe I could have gotten a real appointment at that time. Bottom line: Why make an appointment if the dealer can't do the work that day? I did not make an appointment for a drop off, I made an appointment for repairs! I dropped off the vehicle on a Thursday and it was ready on the following Tuesday!. The dealer failed to answer my text after texting me that this would be a primary mode of contact. The repairs were professionally accomplished and they cut me a little slack on some extra work that was done. More

Pretty easy to get a service appointment, service department is friendly. My service advisor seemed like he was overwhelmed in work and didn’t process my warranty work correctly, if I didn’t know the department is friendly. My service advisor seemed like he was overwhelmed in work and didn’t process my warranty work correctly, if I didn’t know the details of my warranty coverage, I would have had to pay close to $1,800 for work that was completely covered under warranty.
