Normally 5 star… This last experience not so great. I got oil change(great) and tire rotation ( not great) Bring the car out, we can’t get the tire off. You guys were the last to put the tire on. I had some brake work done a couple months ago here. The technician put the lugs on too tight. They come back and say you had the calipers painted, I did. Well they have to take the tires off to do that, I know! That was done a month before the break work! It took forever to get the tire off. Now my car feels different when I drive it, like the tire is going to come off any moment! More

Had an intermittent problem and they charged me to fix it and made it worse. Also timing of getting an oil change is ridiculous. It wasn’t until I came back the next day that they showed a willingness to help and figure out the problem. Once they did they wanted to charge me again!
