Took 8 months to get my truck back and when I did chunks of paint was missing on the freshly paint side. Driver side tail light doesn’t work, driver side heated seat doesn’t work, window wiper fluid sprayer of paint was missing on the freshly paint side. Driver side tail light doesn’t work, driver side heated seat doesn’t work, window wiper fluid sprayer doesn’t work, weather stripping on passenger side doesn’t even stay on the truck. They cut a hole in my back seat, put a big crease in the headliner and told be that’s the only way they could get it in, left busted plastic panels in the truck, most of the paneling that put back in isn’t even lined up or in place right. Scratched up my dash with tools, didn’t even take all the dents out of the truck. Then the manager of the body shop got all mad at me for all the crap they messed up on my truck. More

I purchased a 2020 Honda CRV from this dealership at the end of July 2023. Everything went fairly well until the day the vehicle was due to be shipped to me. That morning the salesman, Don Williams, called, end of July 2023. Everything went fairly well until the day the vehicle was due to be shipped to me. That morning the salesman, Don Williams, called, saying the front mats had been removed from the car. It was never made clear if they went missing at the dealership, or if the previous owner had removed them. Anyway, he said he would get replacement mats for me, even if he had to buy and ship them himself. The car shipped on Aug. 7th and arrived on the 8th. After several texts from my end, but receiving no mats, I contacted the owner of the dealership, Mark Hebert, on Oct. 10th. He responded, saying the mats would arrive by Oct. 16th. My husband will be needing a new truck soon, but we will not buy from this dealership again. I should not have had to resort to contacting the owner; the salesman should have kept his word, and delivered on it in a timely fashion. More
