Very efficient internet sales transaction and telephone follow up. This dealer has a large inventory but still did not have the vehicle we were looking for. However, Trent was still able to find a 2012 Town & Country minivan to our specs. He was willing to estimate a trade-in value for our trade-in which was then confirmed on physical inspection. Mr. Evans agreed to state in writing that Hebert would issue an extended service contract as long as we opted for it before the base 36/36 expired. All in all, I felt the staff we dealt with were interested in a our being satisfied with this buying experience. I am only rating Curtis Williams in this review. If I had to rate the person who we spoke with initially, this rating would consist of ALL ZEROS. The salesman was sitting outside in front of the dealership and unlike most places we visited, we had to ask him to come and assist us. He told us there were no discounts or specials running on the Dodge Nitro...and low and behold, Curtis managed to find $4000.00 off of the same vehicle. Amazing! Also, that salesmen told us to come in so he could get our names and phone number...he nerver got it because another man walked into the dealership who wanted to see him so he left us and went to assis the other gentleman. Needless to say I was pissed! We sat at the desk for about 10 minutes and then walked out. So Curtis Williams you tell everyne there, if they don't want to make the sale..U WILL! I have known Trent for many years. This was the first time I visited him with the idea of buying a new vehicle. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I got there. We went for a test drive in two different vehicles and I fell in love with the Jeep Liberty and I love it even more in my carport!! My kids think I have finally gotten a good vehicle and they couldn't be more pleased for me. Trent explained everything so well. He is really knowledgeable about all the features.
