I started researching trucks on the Internet to get an idea of the local inventory before I started the actual shopping process. When I got to the Town and Country website (which by the way has the best l idea of the local inventory before I started the actual shopping process. When I got to the Town and Country website (which by the way has the best lay out and organization of all I looked at) I found a Dodge Ram 1500 truck I just had to see. I called and got an appointment with Trent Belgard, the Internet Sales Manager. I have to tell you, I was nervous as a cat about this meeting because I was anticipating a pushy salesmen with a hard-sell approach (at least that's been my experience with other dealerships). Man, was I pleasantly surprised. Trent was very personable, professional and treated me like he already new me. A hard-sell approach did not exist with him and the process was so smooth and easy that I was just simply amazed. I couldn't have been more pleased and to make a long story short, I drove away in the truck of my dreams at a price that was just unreal. My thanks goes out to Trent and everyone I met at Town and Country. Thanks guys for the beautiful truck and the pleasurable experience. I know I'm going to get a ton of compliments on the truck and I won't hesitate to tell people about my wonderful experience at Hebert's Town and Country. More
My husband and I just purchased our third vehicle from Hebert's Town and Country. The first two were used, but the last one was a 2010 Dodge 3500. Jere Merritt was our first salesman--by chance. He really listens to what we want. He answers all of our questions, but isn't pushy. He is very friendly and professional. Everyone else at Hebert's has also been friendly, helpful and curtious. Before we got aquainted with Jere and Hebert's we tried to deal with Landers Dodge when they were in Shreveport, but were not happy with the sales person or the sales manager. As a result, we bought a truck in Texas. As of today, we still own both used cars and have been quite happy with them. I don't think you can do better than Hebert's and/or Jere M. Elaine Pietsch More
Last year I was looking for a second vehicle and ended up at Hebert's. A salesman Van introduced himself and helped me find a great vehicle (2008 Jeep Liberty) at rock bottom pricing. CAMEO BUCKNER IS THE BEST SALESPERSON EVER. I WANTED A WHITE 2010 DODGE CHALLENGER. NOT ONLY DID HE HAVE MY CAR SENT IN FROM ANOTHER STATE IN A TIMELY MANNER; IT HAD MORE AMMENITIES THAN I EXPECTED. Mr. Lemmon had sold me a Crossfire and a Dodge Ram 150 in the past and I was very pleased with the deals and the great service he provided. When I decided to trade my Ram 150 back in for a car that got good the past and I was very pleased with the deals and the great service he provided. When I decided to trade my Ram 150 back in for a car that got good gas mileage and a smaller truck I checked with him and one other car dealer. He worked with me to find two cars where we could trade even so I would not have to put out any money. I ended up getting a 2007 Ford Taurus and a 2001 GMC truck. I am pleased with both of them and was delighted to find I get a 90 day 9000 mile warranty on both of them. I recomend Town and Country and Mr. Lemmon to anyone looking for a new or used car.
