I have a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 5.7L Hemi that I purchased from this dealership. At appoximately 18,000 miles it completely died and would not start, (not a battery issue). Took it to this dealers purchased from this dealership. At appoximately 18,000 miles it completely died and would not start, (not a battery issue). Took it to this dealership and asked for a loaner car, since it was obviously still under warranty. I was shuffled around from person to person, spending a total of an hour at the dealership before they sent me to a service manager who said no way they could provide me a loaner and stand behind their product. I would in no way recommend this dealer if you value customer service after the sale!! More

The sales manager REFUSED to negotiate WHATSOEVER on the vehicle I had selected. NOT ONE CENT. Then as I was leaving.. he ran up to me asking me why... WHY???? Because YOU refused to bend even ONE CENT from vehicle I had selected. NOT ONE CENT. Then as I was leaving.. he ran up to me asking me why... WHY???? Because YOU refused to bend even ONE CENT from the asking price of the car.... Then he tells me how much he needs my trade.... APPARENTLY NOT...... Otherwise he would have been willing to work harder to earn my business.... The salesperson was very nice and she did try to get the sales manager to work with me..... apparently this guy is new because I previously purchased two other vehicles from Hebert's and got very good deals..... BUT I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER CENT at this place.... and I will NEVER recommend that anyone shop there.... DO NOT SHOP AT HEBERT'S. YOU WILL PAY TOO MUCH!!!! More

I went into the dealership to pick up a car that I had sent over to be serviced- the car was purchased from another dealership in Bossier about 10 months ago. As I was waiting to pick up my car I asked about trading it in and Norbert was more than helpful in giving me a very reasonable trade in value for it. I have always wanted a Dodge Charger so when I toured the lot and saw that they had a 2012 super bee in black I knew I had to have it. I would recommend this dealship to anyone looking to buy new or used!! If you want a car go here and if you want to feel like family ask to speak to Norbert! More

On 6/27/12 I purchased a used 2008 Cadillac fro Cameo Buckner. Mr. Buckner is a great and very freindly and professional salesman but before My husband and I could meet Mr. Buckner we were looking at th Buckner. My husband questioned him about some scratches on one of the lens covers on drivers side light and Mr. Trent's response was it's and 08 if you want a new you need to go to the dealship across the street. which that comment did not set well with my husband at all. Then I was wondering if the car would run on premium gas and he opened the gas door and he said no it would take regular unleaded then proceeded to show me and my husband his dark brown mercedes that people thinks is black and it runs off of premium gas. We found it very hard to understand why he would be pointing out his personal vehicle to us but what is most important is Mr, Buckner almost lost the sale before we ever met him. Do to Trent who does not need to woking with the public at all, The internet is a good place to keep him if you must. If it wasn't for the fact that I liked the car. We would have went across the street since it seemed that Trent did not care either way. In my opion Trent is not customer freindly and how he has lasted at your dealership as long as he has amazes me. Cameo had gone out of his way to make sure or experience with your dealership was a good one. Since I am used to dealing with your competer. Cameo assured me that Mr. Hebert would read this review. MY husband is thinking about buying another Ram 1500 but is reluctant too. We know we would only want to deal with Cameo. The guy that did our financing was a great person, also. More

Our salesman was Gere Merritt and he was wonderful. He went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with our purchase. Everyone we met at the dealership was very friendly.
