After weeks of problems with my vehicle, I walked into Hebert's T & C on a Saturday afternoon to check a few prices and was greeted by Mr.Don Williams. He was very friendly, professional and enthusiastic Hebert's T & C on a Saturday afternoon to check a few prices and was greeted by Mr.Don Williams. He was very friendly, professional and enthusiastic about helping me select a vehicle tailored to my personality that was within my budget. He asked me a few general questions about what the vehicle would be used for and what my preferences were. Then he reviewed the print out of what was in stock. We got in the golf cart and he drove me to a truck I was impressed with when I drove up but felt that it would certainly be too expensive. I asked that he get the ball rolling as it was exactly what I wanted. And get it rolling he did. Within 2 hrs. I was driving a 2008 Certified Ram 1500 Big Horn pick up truck off the lot. Mr. Williams is without a doubt a valued asset to Hebert's T & C's success. After the sale Mr. Williams again came through by letting me have his truck for 2 days while the service dept. corrected a couple of small issues I had with the truck. The service dept. fell a little short of class A. One of the parts I needed was not in stock. After 3 weeks I called them back to see if my part was in. They took my phone number and said they would call me back. 2 days later I called them again and was told that I needed to speak to the Service Manager, but he was at lunch and I had to call back. I decided to go to the dealership since it seemed that I was going round in cricles. I talked to the parts clerk and learned that after 3 weeks of waiting, my part had not been ordered. Again Mr. Williams came through by talking to the parts clerk and within 5 minutes I walked out with the part I needed that was on display. I would certainly recommend Hebert's T & C to family and friends, and will most probably purchase my next vehicle from them even though it's a 3 1/2 hr ride to Shreveport from home. More

My first experience with this dealership was not as "great" as this past experience, and I believe the change was because of the sales person. Cameo Buckner was excellent! He went over every inch of my new 2010 Dodge Journey with me about three times. He worked extrememly hard to get me the very best deal I could get on my trade-in and the new vehicle. He even had most of the paperwork and legwork done before I came in the second time to buy the Journey. Instead of making me wait for an hour in the dealership while they were cleaning my new vehicle; he sent me out in a 2010 Charger for lunch. Even the gentlemen who did all of the financial paperwork were wonderful and made sure I understoond everything I was signing. Cameo has even called to see if I am enjoying my vehicle after having it for a few days--which by the way I Love It! All in all, it was a GREAT experience and I would definitely go back again and try to refer other customers to this dealership and specifically to Cameo Buckner. More
