My first experience with this dealership was not as "great" as this past experience, and I believe the change was because of the sales person. Cameo Buckner was excellent! He went over every inch of my new 2010 Dodge Journey with me about three times. He worked extrememly hard to get me the very best deal I could get on my trade-in and the new vehicle. He even had most of the paperwork and legwork done before I came in the second time to buy the Journey. Instead of making me wait for an hour in the dealership while they were cleaning my new vehicle; he sent me out in a 2010 Charger for lunch. Even the gentlemen who did all of the financial paperwork were wonderful and made sure I understoond everything I was signing. Cameo has even called to see if I am enjoying my vehicle after having it for a few days--which by the way I Love It! All in all, it was a GREAT experience and I would definitely go back again and try to refer other customers to this dealership and specifically to Cameo Buckner. More

I started researching trucks on the Internet to get an idea of the local inventory before I started the actual shopping process. I called and got an appointment with Trent Belgard, the Internet Sales Manager. I have to tell you, I was nervous as a cat about this meeting because I was anticipating a pushy salesmen with a hard-sell approach (at least that's been my experience with other dealerships). Man, was I pleasantly surprised. Trent was very personable, professional and treated me like he already new me. A hard-sell approach did not exist with him and the process was so smooth and easy that I was just simply amazed. I couldn't have been more pleased and to make a long story short, I drove away in the truck of my dreams at a price that was just unreal. My thanks goes out to Trent and everyone I met at Town and Country. Thanks guys for the beautiful truck and the pleasurable experience. He really listens to what we want. He answers all of our questions, but isn't pushy. He is very friendly and professional. Everyone else at Hebert's has also been friendly, helpful and curtious. Before we got aquainted with Jere and Hebert's we tried to deal with Landers Dodge when they were in Shreveport, but were not happy with the sales person or the sales manager. As a result, we bought a truck in Texas. As of today, we still own both used cars and have been quite happy with them. I don't think you can do better than Hebert's and/or Jere M.
