Hebert's Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

i have had the same problem with my car and they looked at it twice and said nothings wrong with it and also they didnt document the first time i brought it in so they said "WE ALWAYS DOCUMENT" and "we pu at it twice and said nothings wrong with it and also they didnt document the first time i brought it in so they said "WE ALWAYS DOCUMENT" and "we put is on the diagnostic machine" and "you have to step on the gas before starting the car and for three years i NEVER had to do that... now with in the last few months i have had to tow my car three times since july 7, 2011 for the same problem which is just a mess... not to mention that we i ask for a loaner car like when you take one home that your are "just thinking about buying" i was told no we dont let people take home cars... lie lie lie i know i have before just no help...i would like for my car to be fixed i mean it is a dodge and this is a dodge dealership More

My husband and I are repeat customers of Hebert's. We bought our 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan through them 2 years ago. We had a wonderful experience then. Bruce Lemon was the salesman who worked with us, an bought our 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan through them 2 years ago. We had a wonderful experience then. Bruce Lemon was the salesman who worked with us, and he worked very hard to get us a great deal on our van. We did not feel "pushed" in to buying the vehicle like we had felt at many other dealerships. The non-aggressive sales experience is what brought us back to Hebert's when we decided to trade in our mini-van for a 2011 Dodge Journey. Bruce Lemon retired from Hebert's, so Cameo Buckner was our salesman this time around. He did everything he could to make sure the vehicle we wanted had everything we needed! He went out of his way to get the vehicle from another dealership. And when there were complications (due to the other dealership misunderstanding), Cameo worked even harder to get the vehicle from a dealership even further away! He got us a fantastic deal on a car we love! He was VERY patient and understanding ( we had three young kids with us! ) and he was not pressuring us in to the vehicle at all!
