The truck was in great condition and was at a good price point and when there was a question about a noise in the front end they were very prompt to take it before I every drove off and the kept it to go through it and the issue was immediately resolved with no question, that type of service is the dedication and service that made my shopping experience as good as it was. He kept me up to date on rebates and urged me to come in for a test drive. A few months later, I went in for a test drive. From the moment I met Rocky, I knew he was going to sale me a car. He listened to all of my needs, wants and concerns. I had already been to other dealership. But the moment I stepped into Hebert's, the staff was truly genuine and friendly. After a test drive, I fell in love with the Jeep Patriot. But I told Rocky I needed a little time to make my decision. He was very patient. Rocky sent me friendly reminders that he would love to have my business and encouraged me to list things I wanted in my new Jeep. I am going to spare you the particulars of my trade-in and purchase of a used vehicle, but suffice it to say that Rocky definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I would be happy with the deal I was getting. He did a lot more than most (if any) other salesmen would have done with getting me the right amount for my trade in (he got me 30% more than they dealership wanted to give me for my trade in without adding any extra fees or inflating the cost of the vehicle I was purchasing). Overall, because of Rocky my experience was 5 star or more! I can't really speak for or against the integrity or salesmanship of any other salesperson on the lot, as I did not deal with them, but I know when I go back for another vehicle, I'm just walking strait in and asking for Rocky! More
