I went in Heberts town and country to find a great deal on a car. even though at this time i really wasnt sure what I wanted I just needed a dependable car for know and the years to come. Norbert was great. I stopped by another dealership first and had no service and within 30 seconds of being at this dealership I was being helped. Very efficient internet sales transaction and telephone follow up. This dealer has a large inventory but still did not have the vehicle we were looking for. However, Trent was still able to find a 2012 Tow follow up. This dealer has a large inventory but still did not have the vehicle we were looking for. However, Trent was still able to find a 2012 Town & Country minivan to our specs. He was willing to estimate a trade-in value for our trade-in which was then confirmed on physical inspection. Mr. Evans agreed to state in writing that Hebert would issue an extended service contract as long as we opted for it before the base 36/36 expired. All in all, I felt the staff we dealt with were interested in a our being satisfied with this buying experience. I would do business with Hebert again based on the service I received from Trent and Mr. Evans, and if I have the opportunity would refer anyone there. Ben Wood More
