Made a potenially stressful situation STRESS FREE I had a wonderful vehicle for 8 yrs and all off a sudden it became a maintenence nightmare, so I had to get out of it quick. I went with the 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland. Of course I wanted a color that was in limited supply, but Jere worked tirelessly to get me what I wanted and did it quickly. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and Town & Country ! More

TERRIBLE !!!!!! FIRST LET ME SAY THAT I READ SOME OF THE OTHER RATINGS AND ALL WERE VERY GOOD , BUT I GUESS THEY HAVE NEVER HAD THIER CAR IN FOR SERVICE . THE SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED PLACE IVE EVER SEEN , THE WORK THEY PERFORMED ON OUR VEHICLE WAS TERRIBLE I THINK MY 7 YR OLD GRANSON COULD HAVE DONE BETTER . WE JUST BOUGT A CAR HERE AND SPENT 30,000 PLUS AND TWO MONTHS LATER WE ARE HAVING TO TAKE OUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THE WORK THEY DID, REDONE AT OUR EXPENSE. THE MANAGEMENT IN SERVICE WAS NOT HELPFUL AND ONLY OFFERED TO REDO THE WORK THEY DONE WITH NO GAURENTEE THAT IT WOULD BE ANY BETTER . THE MANGERS EXACT WORDS WERE " IT MAY LOOK BETTER OR IT MAY NOT " , WHAT KINDA OF ANSWER IS THAT FOR A CUSTOMER WHO JUST SPENT THIS KINDA MONEY ON A NEW CAR . I CAUTION ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ,DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED PROPERLY , OR ANY COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE .
