I was never pressured to purchas I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Hebert's Town and Country. Had a wonderful experience! David Rivas was great! I was never pressured to purchase something that I wasn't interested in. Even when I was trying to decide between 2 vehicles (one being much more expensive than the other), he never tried to oversell one over the other. He let me make the decision. Knowledgeable, but not pushy!! I called to let him know we were on our way to the dealership and he started the vehicle that we were wanting to test drive so that it would be cooled off by the time we got there. Now, that's customer service!! They even got my interest rate dropped by 4 1/2%!! We'll definitely be back! More

Such a joke of customer service. Visited their online store and inquired about a purchase because I work out of town and had to do most of the footwork over the phone. Set up and appointment and visited dealership when I returned. Guy was not friendly at all. Was very nonchalant about making a sale. Told us some bs story about our credit and funding that didn't sound right to us. Wouldn't explain. So we drove to Bossier city to another dealership and purchased a brand new Durango that he could have sold us. Oh well! Guess our money wasn't green enough. More
