I am extremely impressed with thee service department. i took my 2022 Ram 3500 in back in Nov. 2023 for some recall work. the parts needed had to be ordered. due to supplier issues, it took several months i took my 2022 Ram 3500 in back in Nov. 2023 for some recall work. the parts needed had to be ordered. due to supplier issues, it took several months for the parts to come in. in the mean time, the service agent kept me up to date. never once did i feel like they forgot about me or made me feel like they were not on top of it.
