While after much research I was already sold on a Chrysler Pacifica, I needed staff who understood exactly what I wanted. My wife and I do not have a ton of free time to conduct a lengthy car sale so it was imperative that whoever we worked with, they didn't waste our time. I'm so happy that Cade and Ken stepped up to the challenge. Though they did not have the exact car we wanted on the lot, they made great efforts to obtain it and honor the best deal.
