Great dealership. Only one boo-boo in service. Took my car in for 21 thousand mile maintenance check. Plus oil change and tire rotation. As I was leaving the I noticed a hard vibration when I pulled out on the highway and immediately pulled back in the dealership driveway.as the vibration got worse. I went directly to the "Express Lane" manager and told him there was a problem with my car. Found the lug nuts on the driveway. There was no damage to the car. Mechanic properly installed the wheel and I was on my way. More
