There was one thing that upset me with my experience. I went from a 2018 work truck to a 2020 Laramie. After the truck was all paid for and I came over on Saturday to pick it up. The truck was brought to the front for me. The sales man said the truck is out front then left. There is so many upgrades and things I didn't know how to use or what they were. I wish he would had gave me a walk through of the truck
