My husband and I are loyal customers to Hebert town and country. We have bought three vehicles from them always had excellent service until the past year. First of all when I had my oil changed there last country. We have bought three vehicles from them always had excellent service until the past year. First of all when I had my oil changed there last year , After I left the dealership I heard a little rattle under my Jeep but didn’t think nothing of it. Got all the way home , I live about an hour away the more I drove my Jeep the worse the rattle got. I got my brother-in-law to look under my Jeep . They had not bolted my skid plate back on I had one bolt holding it up. Not happy at all but I let it go. So January 27 when I went in there to get them to look at my Jeep they said oh by the way there’s some recall software updates we need to do to which is another thing I never get anything about any kind of recall software updates until I go up there for some kind of service. So after they checked everything else and other stuff , I didn’t ask for they told me I could go . Well I need it fix is on back order so they will call me back on that not complaining I understand completely. When I got outside to get my Jeep it was nowhere to be found I had to go back in there and ask the service guy he said somebody else to look for it finally maybe 10 minutes later my Jeep shows up. So I haven’t been back under my hood since I left there. Monday morning February 14 I go to start my Jeep up and my battery’s dead. So I pop my hood and I go to open it with the latch and the latch is broken. I had to get my brother-in-law to come out and open my hood for me. They left the cover that went on top my battery sitting up under my hood and I guess it wouldn’t close correctly so they forced it closed and broke my hood latch and cable so now I have to order a part and get that fixed. And no I’m not letting them fix it. As a valuable customer they will not have me no more. I have a couple more oil changes and I’ll do the service things that I need. I will never buy another vehicle from the dealership. More

Service agent was professional and courteous. The service time was average car was estimated to be fixed in three days which Turned into a week. Had to pay extra for a rental to go to work in.
