My service lady Shirley was excellent with communication keeping me informed about my vehicle. My biggest complaint is that I called in July to get an appointment due to the fact, my ABS module was messing keeping me informed about my vehicle. My biggest complaint is that I called in July to get an appointment due to the fact, my ABS module was messing up again it took till October to get an appointment. I totally serviced manager when I drop the vehicle off. I was not gonna be very happy if after diagnosing that the ABS module /pump was bad and that they had to order parts. Well that’s exactly what happened. They told me that no parts were available until at least December 28. This is unacceptable due to the fact that Ram knows they have a problem with these units. The one on my truck has already been changed by the same dealership at 34,000 miles. Now at 100,000 miles it goes out again, and say I am not happy would be a understatement More
